Brief Description:
User Impact:
During outage, users will be unable to perform operations (query, backup, restore, archive or retrieve) against EZ-Backup TSM servers. TSM clients performing manually initiated operations will be terminated and messages displayed to users; these can be restarted after outage is over. TSM clients performing automated backups will resume backups after outage without manual intervention.

Full Description:
TSM Server code upgrade that occurred 10/14 caused increased database reorganization activity. This in large part lead to outages in EZ-Backup service earlier this week. This change will limit window for database reorgs, reducing possibility for future outages.\n\nEmergency Description:\nAttempting to prevent further service outages (such as occured Monday and Tuesday)
