CIT has received some reports of email routing irregularities for a small number of email accounts, and is investigating the cause. The problem is indicated by messages returned to sender with one of the following messages:\n\nSMTP;554 5.4.6 Too many hops -or-\nThis recipient has not been configured to receive or route mail.\n\nAttempting to log onto an affected account via Outlook Web Access results in the message:\n\nYour logon to Outlook Web Access failed because your Active Directory profile does not contain a primary SMTP address
