Full Description:
The migrations of Apple Mail users to the Exchange 2010 server are going slower than anticipated. Users who have not yet been moved will not see new mail in Apple Mail. The account will be marked with a warning symbol; clicking on the symbol will give you the explanation that the account is currently offline. Affected users can use Outlook Web Access (https://exchange.cornell.edu/owa) to read email until the process completes, at which time their Apple Mail should automatically start working again.
