We continue to work on the ActiveSync problem. We have developed some suggestions that help in some cases:\n\n- Update your mobile device to the latest available release. Apple and Google have fixed ActiveSync problems that existed in earlier releases.\n\n- Try removing your device from your Exchange account and re-adding it.\n-- Go to https://exchange.cornell.edu/owa and log in. Select Options, then Mobile Devices. Select your device in the list and click 'Remove Device from List'.\n-- Remove the exchange account from the device and re-add it.\n\n- Certain releases of Android had incomplete implementations of ActiveSync. The application TouchDown is reputed to work well for people who have trouble with ActiveSync with their specific Droid models.\n\nSome problems were also reported to clear up as the day went on. There may be delays in devices getting the new server addresses in some locations.\n\nThe next update will be Sunday morning.\n We continue to work on the ActiveSync problem.
