There is no workaround for this issue
On Tuesday, August 9th at 8am, CIT network engineers will be disabling the legacy RIP routing protocol on all campus routers. The current campus network uses OSPF as its routing protocol and the legacy RIP configurations are no longer needed and will be removed.
