User Impact:
All Email and AD services will continue to run, but mailrouting changes made in WhoIAm and changes to EGA group memberships will not be reflected in AD until the update service is restarted.

Full Description:
Processing of changes to AD from will be suspended while a Service Pack is applied to Microsoft Identity Lifecycle Manager. This is required to support the migration to Exchange 2010. At the same time, in a parallel operation, the database will be reorganized to free disk space.
