Scheduled Service Change: Reset email message retrieval settings for IMAP & POP3 downloads
Email clients using POP & IMAP will momentarily lose their connection as the service is restarted.
There is no workaround for this issue
Reset the message retrieval settings for POP3 & IMAP4 from "Best Body" to "HTML and Alternative Text" in response to a behavior change in RU3 that caused Remedy and other HelpDesk software to choke on the modified messages.\n \nWe're changing the behavior back to eliminate the issues. End users will continue to see no change.
