User Impact:
Users will see no change in printing behavior. Administrators will notice changes in their account numbers. The next billing on 6/15 wil reflect the new account numbers and output format.

Legacy account numbers will be replaced with KFS equivalents, and code modifications will be made to accommodate the new account numbers and produce billing files suitable for KFS.
