Email to most @cornell.edu elists was delayed from \napproximately 23:30 Jun 21 to 02:15 Jun 22.\nThe mail has now all been processed and the system \nlooks to be running fine now. We are working on tuning \nthe system in the hopes of eliminating these delay incidents \ncompletely.
