Scheduled Service Change: eList  Down for Oracle upgrade to v11g
After the upgrade there should be no user visible changes.\n\nDuring the upgrade all @cornell.edu elist related email will be delayed (queued during and delivered after). The Lyris LM administrative web interface will be unavailable during the upgrade. \n\nThe bulkmail click-through tracking service will remain up during down time.
There is no workaround for this issue
