Membership in the cit.noc group will only be authorized read-only access to Edge ACL's.\n\nAttempts to submit an overlapping change will either (a) allow the original submitter to edit or cancel his/her existing request, or (b) receive a "sorry" page citing the existing request in the pipeline.\n\nIt should be noted that there will be no outage - the software tool is implemented as a CGI script that will be atomically moved into place without the need to restart or interrupt the webserver.
