Authentication to all applications that use Shibboleth federated authentication will be unavailable for approximately 5 minutes or less. Services that use Shibboleth for authentication/authorization include: Qualtrics, Edublogs, Digital Measures, ILLIAD, ARES, EBSCO, JSTOR, VideoNote,\nZimride, Hathitrust, Maxient, localist/events and Cornell Connect.
