Full Description:
The EZ-Backup on-site tape library in Ithaca is currently down. The EZ-Backup / TSM servers have been re-configured to enable file restores to come from the secondary (off-site) tape library where copies of TSM data are stored, if the primary copy is unavailable. Some files backed up within the past day may or may not be available for restoring until after the tape library is fixed. This is because the secondary copies in NYC lag a bit, due to the time it takes to make them.
