Brief Description:
On Sunday April 5, 2026, from 11am-12pm, Zoom will make vendor-side configuration changes to the main Cornell Zoom instance to address incorrect account restrictions. No service or feature disruption is expected.
User Impact:
No service or feature disruption is expected during the maintenance window. Some previously-restricted Zoom account features may become available after the configuration change. CIT will be conducting an audit in a test instance prior to the change to review what these expected changes will be. After the change, anything which requires further review will be locked until it can be further tested, put through IT Governance, and/or handled via change management. Individuals who access Zoom settings and configurations during the maintenance window, or post-change review, might see some previously-unavailable features or settings.
