RESOLVED: CIT has resolved the intermittent login issue for Microsoft 365 services. Please let us know if you continue to experience this issue.
Previously, CIT was investigating reports of intermittent login issues for Outlook on the Web and other Microsoft 365 services. Please include customer's department when reporting additional issues. CIT has identified a root cause and is working on a solution.
