On Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 12am to noon, TeamDynamix will upgrade to version 12.1. TeamDynamix will be unavailable during the upgrade. This release incorporates over thirty different changes. However, they may not affect everyone who uses Cornell’s instance of TeamDynamix.
The TDX sandbox environment will be unavailable on November 7, 2025, as part of the usual upgrade process.
The Academic & Support Services team has created a longer preview document about several of the 12.1 enhancements, as well as a link to the preview environment.

Some of the scheduled changes include:
- Dark mode for technician interface: Enable native dark mode via your profile settings.
- Filter on dashboards for report builder: Reports embedded in dashboards can now be filtered directly within the dashboard interface.
- Private attachments: You can mark an attachment as private, controlling visibility in the client portal.
- Real-time calculation of ticket metrics: Ticket metrics will update in real time as tickets are modified, rather than overnight.
- Start a Teams chat from TeamDynamix: Initiate a chat directly from a ticket or the mobile app.
