Full Description:
RESOLVED: CU Print is performing as expected. Previously, CU Print experienced a performance issue due to an outage for the Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) interface, possibly resulting from a Cloud Network interruption. Customers could not release jobs to CU printers because they were unable to scan their ID cards at the printers. A work-around was documented.
