Brief Description:
Members of the Cornell community attempting to create a Qualtrics account by signing in for the first time through surveys.cornell.edu are getting a message, "we were unable to process your username or your username doesn't exist in our system."
User Impact:
When someone tries to create a new Qualtrics account by signing in for the first time, they are getting a message, "we were unable to process your username or your username doesn't exist in our system."
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
Qualtrics staff report that they temporarily suspended account autoprovisioning due to suspicious activity on a single account. Account creation should occur automatically again.
