Brief Description:
Emails are being sent to alumni about changing Cornell email forwarding in Google. If they've never signed into their Cornell G Suite account, they need to reset their NetID password first. Information is also available for forgotten password resets.
User Impact:
Password reset needed to make it possible to sign into Cornell G Suite account for the first time.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue

Full Description:
Emails are currently being sent to alumni with instructions for changing their email forwarding, previously set in Who I Am, to their Cornell G Suite (Google) account. Any alumni who has not previously signed into their Cornell Google account first needs to reset their NetID password in order to sync the password to their Cornell Google account. Once they reset their NetID password, they will be able to sign into http://gsuite.cornell.edu using their NetID and associated password.
