Brief Description:
Resolved: Office 2013, 2016, and 2019 are currently failing to activate against KMS01. The KMS01 server will activate Office 2021 and Office 2024. KMS02 is currently fully functional.
User Impact:
KMS customers are unable to activate Office 2013, 2016, and 2019 against the KMS01 server.
Workaround:
If you need to activate an Office product, and it does not automatically fail over and activate against KMS02, you can manually activate against KMS02 (replace KMS01 with KMS02) when following the using KMS manually instructions (https://it.cornell.edu/software-licensing/using-kms-manually-activate-software). KMS02 is currently fully functional.

Additional info on the timetable for KMS activation and reactivation is available (https://it.cornell.edu/software-licensing/timetable-kms-activation-and-reactivation).
