Some workflows applied to TeamDynamix tickets are returning an error message, "Response status code does not indicate success: 504 (Gateway Time-out)." CIT has reported this issue to the vendor and is investigating.

Previously, some workflows applied to TeamDynamix tickets are returning an error message, "Response status code does not indicate success: 504 (Gateway Time-out)." There are also delays in email ticket creation and errors when trying to launch workflows for tickets. CIT has reported this issue to the vendor and is investigating.
