Brief Description:
Qualtrics is giving notifications to some individuals trying to send a large number of survey invitations that a weekly email limit has been reached and they should try again later.
User Impact:
Message that a weekly email limit has been reached when a large number of invitations are initiated through the QualtricsMmailer.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
New default weekly limits more appropriate to Cornell researchers' needs have been set and will apply to all new accounts. Because of the way Qualtrics added the weekly limits, the ones they set will continue on the account unless a request is put in to the IT Service Desk to have them manually raised. Examination of some weekly limits indicates that the amount assigned was influenced by past use, which means the limit is most likely to be noticed by someone who is significantly increasing their email invitation activity in the Qualtrics Mailer.

Qualtrics is giving notifications to some individuals trying to send a large number of survey invitations through the Qualtrics Mailer component of their service that a weekly email limit has been reached and they should try again later. Cornell staff are attempting to raise this limit on a per-account basis and have contacted Qualtrics Support to address the issue. This issue does not affect the distribution of surveys through email or other services outside Qualtrics.
If you are attempting to send a survey through the Qualtrics mailer and receive this message, submit a ticket to Cornell Qualtrics support and your weekly limit will be adjusted.
