Pantheon hosted websites, including gradschool.cornell.edu and news.cornell.edu, are experiencing intermittent service. Customers may see the message, "the application did not respond in time," while the websites are unavailable. CIT and Pantheon are working to resolve the infrastructure failure impacting customer sites. The Pantheon team has identified the problem and is implementing the necessary fixes to the affected resources. They will provide updates as progress continues.
The following workflows may be affected:
- Cloning sites
- Lock/unlock environments
- Commits via Git/SFTP
- Multidev creations
- Terminus commands
- Clearing cache
