Brief Description:
Zoom users attempting to add an Office 365 Calendar and Contacts Integration in their Zoom user profile, after authorizing and selecting their Cornell account, are receiving an error message from Microsoft.
User Impact:
Zoom users are unable to add an Office 365 Calendar and Contacts Integration in their Zoom user profile.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
The issue appears to be fully resolved. Anyone still experiencing issues should contact the IT Service Desk: https://it.cornell.edu/support .

Zoom users attempting to add an Office 365 Calendar and Contacts Integration in their Zoom user profile, after authorizing and selecting their Cornell account, are receiving an error message from Microsoft "Need admin approval - Zoom Video Communications, Inc. - needs permission to access resources in your organization that only an admin can grant. Please ask an admin to grant permission to this app before you can use it.

The issue may have resulted from the migration to Microsoft Azure lacking permissions for Zoom.

IT staff are aware of the issue and investigating.
