Brief Description:
Before Cornell staff can use email to create an issue in Jira, they must sign in once, which creates an account for them in the system.
User Impact:
Users who have not created an account in Cornell Jira by signing in will not have an issue created when they email the system.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue

This information is a known issue and has been moved to the Jira service site at https://it.cornell.edu/jira .

Staff need to log into Jira at https://jira.cornell.edu before they can create an issue by sending an email to the system. All emails of this type that have been received have been added to the system by CIT staff, although some were delayed.
