Brief Description:
We have had multiple reports of dropped sessions into our Windows Remote Desktop (RDP) hopper machines (hopperrdp-duo.cit.cornell.edu aka hopperrdp.cit.cornell.edu). Managed Servers and Network Engineers are working on the problem.
Current Status:
Cornell staff is continuing to work on the issue. If you are having a great deal of difficulty getting work done due to session drops, please contact us at systems-support@cornell.edu for suggestions in the meantime.
