Scheduled Service Change: Migrate SFS DFS root's to new servers

Brief Description:
We will be introducing two new servers for all of the DFS roots that SFS manages. Once the two servers have been added as new targets we will update the files.cornell.edu DNS entry to reference the new servers and remove the old servers.

Full Description:
On November 11th between 8-10am the DFS roots managed by Shared File Services will be migrated to new DFS target servers. We expect this to be a transparent change.
We will be introducing two new servers for all of the DFS roots that SFS manages. Once the two servers have been added as new targets we will update the files.cornell.edu DNS entry to reference the new servers and remove the old servers. The old servers will not be removed from the DFS target list for a week and will be handled as a separate change. The following DFS root's are in scope for this change
